About Us

Triple Crown Kennel and Stable, Inc. was founded by Lynn Teague in 2001. She had horses and lost her job, so in order for her to keep her horses she started working with special needs children doing therapeutic horse back riding. Doing this, her horses worked and she was able to keep them.  She also showed collies and worked with animal control and before she knew her passion for placing the right dogs to the right people that is when she started helping place dogs in their forever homes.

In 2019 her parents became sick and she lost both within 7 weeks of each other. During that time she placed her horses in other homes so she could help take care of her parents.  Her love for HORSES have never died.  In 2023 she became a Farm Dog Evaluator for AKC working with dogs and livestock.

Her passion has shifted in the last few years to her border collies; showing, breeding, performance competing with her beloved borders. Her passion with Triple Crown also helps pull borders and other herding dogs from shelters to work with them to get them in their forever homes

One of her dreams came true in May 2023.! She has raised and Trained a certified Therapy dog (Vegas) so she can volunteer with visits to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and schools as a registered therapy animal. She and Vegas love visiting people with the love of animals.

Recently in July 2023 she wanted to help more with AKC events to learn, teach and share knowledge with others.  You might run into her evaluating CGC and Trick Dog, and Farm Dog. She loves teaching Juniors about dog sports and that it is not just for a registered dog but all dogs can compete with animals adopted!!
